Brooks Mobile Detailing LLC provides professional mobile automotive detailing services directly at your home, office, driveway, or requested location across Easley and surrounding South Carolina areas. Our services include interior detailing, exterior detailing, basic hand washes, interior vacuuming and deep cleaning, paint correction, ceramic coatings, headlight restoration, engine bay detailing, and general vehicle maintenance. Related communications include appointment scheduling, arrival notifications, service reminders, and customer follow-ups. Specific service packages and pricing are confirmed at the time of booking.

3.1 Program Description: We operate an A2P (Application-to-Person) 10DLC SMS messaging program registered with major U.S. carriers. Messages may include appointment confirmations, arrival ETA reminders, service updates, promotional discounts, and important service notices.

3.2 Consent and Opt-In: You must provide explicit, documented consent before receiving marketing SMS messages from us. Consent may be obtained via a booking form, quote request, online sign-up, or verbal agreement during a customer service interaction. Consent is not a mandatory condition of purchase.

3.3 Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and interactions.

3.4 Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.

3.5 Opt-Out and Help: You may unsubscribe from SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance or email [email protected]. Our opt-out mechanisms fully comply with TCPA and CTIA requirements.

3.6 Delivery: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free SMS delivery due to factors outside our control (carrier filtering, network outages).

4.1 Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment methods. All electronic transactions are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service appointment. Late cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as stated at the time of booking.

4.3 Refund & Satisfaction Policy: If you are not fully satisfied with our detailing service, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. We reserve the right to provide a complimentary touch-up/redo service to resolve any issues.

By booking our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete vehicle and address details when booking appointments.
• Ensure the vehicle is unlocked, accessible, and in a safe working environment at the scheduled time.
• Remove valuable personal belongings, cash, and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to our arrival.
• Not use our digital platforms or SMS system to transmit abusive, unlawful, or defamatory content.
• Comply with all applicable South Carolina local, state, and federal laws.

All original content, branding, logos, service descriptions, and text are the exclusive property of Brooks Mobile Detailing LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

Some images, graphics, and visual media used across our digital channels are for illustrative and promotional demonstration purposes only. We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you are the rightful copyright owner or legal representative of any media displayed and believe it was used without proper authorization, please contact us directly at [email protected]. Upon receiving your notice, we will review the request and promptly remove or update the content within 24 to 48 hours.

THE SERVICE AND PLATFORMS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WHILE WE USE PREMIUM PRODUCTS AND 10+ YEARS OF HANDS-ON DETAILING EXPERIENCE, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE REMOVAL OF PRE-EXISTING PERMANENT PAINT DAMAGE, DEEP SCRATCHES BEYOND THE CLEAR COAT, SEVERE OXIDATION, OR EMBEDDED BURNS/STAINS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BROOKS MOBILE DETAILING LLC BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE VISIT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brooks Mobile Detailing LLC, its owners, operators, and staff against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or unsafe vehicle/property conditions.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal data. By booking our services, you consent to data collection as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our detailing services shall first be handled through informal mediation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in South Carolina. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION OR CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS.

The Service is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction). By booking a service or submitting personal information, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our detailing services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under South Carolina law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and service booking confirmations, constitute the entire agreement between you and Brooks Mobile Detailing LLC regarding our services.
